4 Days Safari – Mikumi & Udzungwa National Park

Day 1: from Dar-es-salaam to Mikumi national park

In the morning, you will depart Dar-es-salaam for Mikumi national park, with a picnic lunch stop on the way. Later proceed to the park arriving in the afternoon, have experience of the amazing sunset game viewing in the park, as you view wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, lions, hartebeest, hippos, elands, zebras.  After the game drive depart the park and head to your lodge for dinner and a night stay.

Day 2: Mikumi national park

Have your breakfast in the morning and head to the park for the entire day game viewing, The Mikumi   flood plain is one of the parks most significant features bordering the mountain ranges.  Mikumi national park elephants are calm as they are not destructive to trees. Conclude with the game drive and head back to your lodge for dinner and a night stay.

Day 3:  Mikumi national park  and Udzungwa  mountain national park.

Wake up  to  a hot breakfast, and head off to explore the parks vegetation to  include swamps,  forests/ woodland,  savanna, Mkata Chamgore . apart the bird species, you will also be able  to encounter monitor lizards and pythons around the pool. Head to your lodge for lunch and relaxation., later  check out and transfer to Udzungwa mountain national park  in 1 hours journey arrive at park and check in the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Udzungwa natonal park and transfer to Tanzania

After the morning breakfast, you will take a hike through Udzugwa  Mountain to get to the beautiful Sanje water falls. Have a view of kilombero valley and later head back to your lodge, check and transfer back to Dar-es Salaam.
